- Contact point tosses- toss a ball or sock in the middle of your body and catch with your back hand while in hitting position/motion
Think about: catching at different contact points. Keeping a consistent hand and body position no matter where you catch it
- Card catches: have a partner gently toss you playing cards and try to catch
