Cairo \/ Gurugram, 9th<\/sup>\u00a0July 2025:\u00a0<\/strong>Telecom Egypt signed a Memorandum of Understanding with KareXpert, a leading healthcare technology company powered by artificial intelligence assistant, to launch a comprehensive digital healthcare platform managed through a secure national cloud hosted within Egypt. The platform combines a Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) with unified electronic medical records and provides comprehensive revenue cycle management solutions. This gives hospitals a unified view of their clinical and administrative data, enhancing operational efficiency in line with the best global practices. KareXpert is backed by Reliance Jio as one of its investors.<\/span><\/p>\n

KareXpert\u2019s solutions are distinguished by their seamless integration with existing systems within medical facilities and a unified digital payment path that simplifies billing procedures and accelerates revenue collection, all while fully maintaining data privacy and complying with regulatory standards. The secure local hosting ensures complete sovereignty over health information, while the cloud infrastructure allows future scalability to incorporate AI and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

This collaboration aligns with Telecom Egypt\u2019s strategy to utilize technology and build high-value strategic partnerships to deliver top-tier digital solutions. The company is expanding its portfolio beyond high-speed connectivity and 5G networks to include secure national cloud services, AI, and IoT solutions that integrate with smart financial technologies to meet the needs of both businesses and individuals supporting Egypt\u2019s Vision 2030 for digital transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The MoU was recently signed during the “Africa Health ExCon 2025” conference and exhibition held in Cairo.<\/span><\/p>\n
