\u2022 SPICe+ to offer 10 services by 3 Central Government Ministries \/ Departments in a single web form<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Injeti Srinivas, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA), inaugurated the \u2018SPICe+\u2019 Web Form, here in New Delhi on 24th February.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of Government of India\u2019s Ease of Doing Business (EODB) initiatives, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified a new\u00a0Web Form<\/strong>\u00a0christened \u2018SPICe+<\/strong>\u2019 (pronounced \u2018SPICe Plus\u2019) replacing the existing SPICe form.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SPICe+<\/strong>\u00a0would offer 10 services by 3 Central Govt Ministries & Departments (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Labour & Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance) and One State Government (Maharashtra), thereby saving as many procedures, time and cost for Starting a Business in India and would be applicable for all new company incorporations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following are the features of the new Spice+ web form:<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0 SPICe+<\/strong>\u00a0would be an integrated Web Form.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 SPICe+<\/strong>\u00a0would have two parts viz.:\u00a0Part A<\/strong>-for Name reservation for new companies and\u00a0Part B<\/strong>\u00a0offering a bouquet of services viz.<\/span><\/p>\n

(i)\u00a0 Incorporation<\/span><\/p>\n

(ii)\u00a0 DIN allotment<\/span><\/p>\n

(iii) Mandatory issue of PAN<\/span><\/p>\n

(iv) Mandatory issue of TAN<\/span><\/p>\n

(v) Mandatory issue of EPFO registration<\/span><\/p>\n

(vi) Mandatory issue of ESIC registration<\/span><\/p>\n

(vii) Mandatory issue of Profession Tax registration(Maharashtra)<\/span><\/p>\n

(viii) Mandatory Opening of Bank Account for the Company and<\/span><\/p>\n

(ix) Allotment of GSTIN (if so applied for)<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

The new web form would facilitate On-screen filing and real time data validation for seamless incorporation of companies. For ensuring ease while filing, SPICe+\u00a0<\/strong>has been structured into various sections. Information once entered can be saved and modified.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration for EPFO and ESIC shall be mandatory for all new companies to be incorporated through SPICe+<\/strong>\u00a0and no EPFO & ESIC registration nos. shall be separately issued by the respective agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration for Profession Tax shall also be mandatory for all new companies to be incorporated in the State of Maharashtra through SPICe+<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

All new companies incorporated through SPICe+<\/strong>\u00a0would also be mandatorily required to apply for opening the company\u2019s Bank account through the AGILE-PRO linked web form.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
